Basic Yoga Wellness Program

Online / Offline · 3 Months

A unique 3-month program for promotion of positive health — a basic foundation course for youth and adults. Specially designed for beginners, progressing step-by-step from breathwork to asana, pranayama, and meditation.

Service 02

Yoga Teacher Training

Become a certified Yoga Professional with YIC + YCB (QCI) Level 2. Our VYASA-affiliated center at Chinchwad, Pune, offers programs that introduce yoga as a science of holistic living — not merely as postures.

We train enthusiasts to instruct the general public in wellness through yoga, building not just teachers — but responsible yoga ambassadors.

YIC – Yoga Instructor Course

VYASA Affiliated · 300 Hours · 4 Months

The prerequisite and mandatory course for all advanced Yoga courses at S-VYASA University. Prepares students for the QCI Level 1 – Yoga Instructor examination from the Ministry of AYUSH.

Aim

Spread "Wellness through Yoga" and bring yogic awareness to daily life.

Duration

300 hours — Regular (Mon–Sat) or Weekend (Sat & Sun) batches.

Eligibility

Completed 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent.

After completing Level 1, the next step toward becoming a globally qualified Yoga Teacher. Available with or without prior YIC certification.

Medical Yoga Therapy

At Aarogyam, we provide a unique yoga therapy treatment based on the Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy (IAYT) — the most authentic, customized, evidence-based module working on all levels of human existence (Panchkosha).

According to ancient Indian texts, the origin of disease is in the mind as stress (Adhi), which then manifests in the body as physical ailment (Vyadhi). We work on practices that address both gross (physical) and subtle (mental) levels.
